    I just scrapped a lot of servers and found a lot of those copper heat sinks. Yes, you need to remove the screws or you will get #2 pricing for them.

    Your yard may be different.

    The fins, for lack of a better word, I thought were soldered on to the main block of copper but they aren't.

    The whole heat sink has been milled from 1 piece of copper and will sell for #1 and hopefully bare bright.



    You might even be able to sell them on ebay because they are just so dang purdy.
