    I agree with the others suggestions.

    You may have gotten the horse before the cart. I know the tax id is free or nearly so and as I understand it the LLC does not cost a lot but these things seem to be seconday to learning the trade.

    As far as the resale of computer parts its a market that requires study and experience. Personally if I needed a new computer it would most likely be a laptop and I can buy new ones at Best Buy for a little over $300. Your assumtion that college students are in need of used and inexpensive computers I think likely exaggerated. There are good markets for used computers, check out ebay.
