what would 10,000 pounds be across the scales ? Parting things out is sometimes the best way to go. Are the stove and fridge good? the furnaces? Maybe somebody looking for just that item. CL might not be the only avenue, have you checked local shoppers, thrifty nickels etc? What about a nearby trailer sales? Maybe they could take and dismantle it to use parts as well? Nothing much really, just thinking out loud
