    If its government land (up here its called "Crown Land") you can just tell whoever bugs you that you're cleaning up stuff that someone dumped there. Anyone who trys to stop you from cleaning up the environment is just someone whos bored and wants to cause sh*t. Iv come across a few of those lol



    The MNR up here wouldnt mind anyone cleaning up a mess in the woods.
    If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all...
