My truck and 2 car trailer! - Page 8

Well down to 5 left i have 2 on the trailer almost done and 3 to load and process tomorrow.Man oh man what a long week.

well got the last 3 hauled in today.Then came home unhooked my trailer and cleaned out and took out the toolbox out of the bed if my truck.The once i was done with that i had to load 56 wheels and tires to take and get broke down tomorrow **** when i got done loading them my arms felt so weak lol.

Went from Famine to Feast in 10 mins
Sent helper home at 2PM for lack of work
2:15 I get a call for 97 Taurus and 99 Sable Wagon at same place >> $550.00 for both
They both ended up having aluminum wheels
2:25 get a call for a 98 Boneville less then 5 miles from me >> Runs and drives >> $300.00
2:30 get a call from a lady bringing in a 95 Caddie Seville to me for 10 AM tomorrow >> $300.00

and Saturday is usually my busy day >> as in 3 or 4 cars >> will have an answer to that this time tomorrow

**** that sounds great.
I just got home from the tire shop took them 56 wheels and tires to break down that took them a little while to do lol.

Well after that long busy week i took a little break but am about to get back on the horse here soon again make get some more cars i hope.

How much do you usually make off cars when you scrap them out? Do you break the engine apart or sell it as one big piece? Do you remove the plastic bits?

i sell them all together i just take off the good stuff.Sometimes i take off tail light head lights and stuff to sell on ebay when i have time.i give anywhere from 300-500 each

well bought 11 this week should be a good week.i hope lol

yeah there is plenty.I dont buy from people i buy from auctions.

Is the auction you go to open to the public? Or do you have a dealers license? I managed to find one up around me that anyone can go to but its 105 miles away. Most around here are only open to dealers/brokers.

no it isnt open to public and no i dont have a dealers license.I have a business license.

Well i got my last 2 hauled in today.Now i have the truck loaded with 35 tires and wheels to go and break down tomorrow.Then come home load up and head out to take in my cats,bats,alts and wheels.

Well i only bought one this week.In which i was going to use as a driver but it was way to dirty inside so i hauled it in.I had never got one of them converters off like that before it was a 1994 mercury sable.I thought well this is a low grade or something around $35-60 but i set him a picture and it is worth $101.I was like are you kidding me **** that was a bonus

Well i wasnt really feeling it this week.But i have 3 do do tomorrow.Not alot of money making but something i guess.

Well i got the van hauled in.Now this week i am going to try to buy some.But **** i hate working on them in the cold lol.

well didnt get anything this week.I hope i do next week.Also on the 17th there are some step vans i am going to try to buy and scrap and see how that goes lol.

Well only a few days and the step van will be up.I am going to try and buy it to see what they bring.
If i do good on it then i might start buying them everywhere lol.
