Right now junk cars in this area going for $50 to $100 >> Scale is only $35.00 a ton
The cars have been scaling at about $50.00 each plus or minus a couple bucks

I pay $50.00 for the car and will add another $50.00 if it has aluminum rims
If the scale price continues to drop I will be back where I take them for FREE because others are charging to take them

Of course your results will vary by location

Yeah i got the email monday and cats went down about $3 each

Things have been slow
Shutting down pretty much til next year
Friday get on a plane to Orlando, rent car and drive to Miami
Saturday get on Carnival Glory for a 7 day cruise
Visit people in Fl from 26th to 30th and then fly home

Well so much for taking time off lol.

Man i am wore out from hauling so many cars this week.I just got them picked up now have to process them and haul them in fun fun

Focker, I'm jealous. I wish I was pulling in a ton of cars. I've been busy with a ton of other jobs and I just feel bad offering people 100 bucks a car so I have been passing on them. My yard pays 125 delivered and people still bring them but around me most people want to get loud a rude and tell me that I used to pay 400-500 bucks a year ago.... All I can say is, I know, sorry.

Yeah you have to just offer and go from there.I bought 43 cars this past week.

Well i just took some converters in today and i will tell you the converter market plainly sucks.

AND AGAIN today to $50.00 a ton !!!

I can't even come close to those prices. The fish and chip guy next door has had a rotten alero sitting for a year. He's come to me a few times. I offered 150 then 100...and last week he asked if I can do 200 I said since it's so hard to sell parts for then all I could do was 50 bucks. He was angry and insulted and yelled something Chinese at me. I went back to making trenches with my daughter trying to drain the pooled up water out of the lot a tow truck showed up from a town 30mins to the south. I shot the **** with the guy he said he paid 175. I laughed told him I offered him 50. He's gonna be sitting on that car a while. Hope he moved a few parts to make his money back. I scraped two last summer their all rotten no one's driving um anymore. But I don't have the space ether. I can hold onto a car for a week or two then I have have to turn and burn.

Well last month was a great month.This month is starting out good since the price went up $20 a ton on cars.

A good cat $60 to $100, 4 aluminum rims at $12 each, battery at $8 plus car weight. He will make something but not a lot.
