I usually only do about 4 cars a year, but work was so slow this year i was able to get 6 done. Ive changed my method for tear downs where i dont get everything off but it dont waste 10 more hours for another $300 in parts. I also have more/better tools now and that has helped alot also. I am selling some parts salvage style thru craigslist. Whatever dosent move that route goes on
ebay. The bottom line is that increasing volume and decreasing costs are the best ways to increase profit.
