Ram stick is only 2GB, I would just throw that in the scrap ram pile probably, especially if you aren't certain it works. The more than scrap value of a 2GB stick is not THAT much more than the scrap value so I would prob just scrap that if I was you.
The SSD is a 32 GB, mSATA Internal Solid State Drive (SSD), which look like they are only going for about $15-$30 on ebay. up to you if you think that is worth your time to list and sell.
The wireless module is not worth resale. I put with telcom board cause of the gold fingers, but others may classify that differently. Others can weigh in on that one.
