    15" and 17" LCD monitors are kind of junk with slow refresh rates. Some 17" and 19" that were 1600x1200 are still wanted by old school gamers. When you can buy a new 1080p 24" for $100 new why bother with older junk. People are looking for 4k monitors now.

    you are exactly right....and I don't really know of many desktops that come with ANYTHING less than a 19" and most are 22". This has been true for a couple of years now.
