    He's charging the general public $45 to dispose of TV's? What a rip off!! That is just wrong.
    If you have a Goodwill in your area, I would run a series of public service ad on Craigslist for a period of time just to mess with this guy's unscrupulous business practices. Something similar to this:

    You Don't Have To Pay To Recycle Your Old TV
    If you are asked to pay to recycle your old tv or electronics, DON'T!
    The Goodwill located at xxxxx Whatever St will take your old tv for free!
    You'll help the environment by recycling properly and you'll help our community.



    If you are interested in the tv's, just we-word the ad to have them call you.
