Had this happen to me before (imagine that)...............I refused to send item to a different address than was on their pay-pal..............I cancelled transaction and refunded money............Of course I got a negative..........You will have to call Ebay and don't get off the phone until you get someone to reverse the negative.............You never shipped item and you gave the money back..............It may take an hour on the phone but it may be worth it to keep your feedback up
