e-waste buyers would not buy your boards. Most of them ship the boards overseas to be processed in facilities that are geared for proper refining.

Us as Americans made this mess to begin with, and us as Americans should fix it - not export it and
hope someone's dealing with it. We need to figure out the best safest way to handle this. If this means processing and refining in-house, then that's what it means. I stand by my statement of E-waste exporting should be illegal. To me the definition of E-waste is everything that's not sellable or the left over WEEE scrap. Boards, motors, relays, etc.. are sellables and to me aren't considered E-waste. Everyone has their own definition of what E-waste is apparently.

I can only think of maybe one, and even then their a specialty refiner who refines CRTs. I know there are members on here who refine what they bring in and they count as refiners.
