RANT -Freight companies suck

I am sorry this happened. I have called and complained to the dispatcher and she apologized but that and a dollar will get you a coffee at McDonalds. I have had plenty of times when I scheduled pickups and didnt show one day but 99 times out of 100 they were always there the 2nd day. I have only 1 recourse and that is to stop using that carrier in your area. You are correct having a commercial address with a forklift is the optimal situation for the best pricing and dropping off at terminal also gets good pricing. I apologize again but has most of us that do shipping are at the mercy of the carriers.

This was not meant to reflect on you, but on the actual frieght companies and the work ethic of much of today's work force.
