    Some electronic scrap you get may contain embedded software or encryption on chips your not permitted to export. Be sure you do not fall victim to ignorance, educate yourself before exporting something that could end you up years / months in court or large fine or even jail time.

    Since I have no interest here I'll leave the research up to you.
