**** straight.... I take in stripped down lawn mower and other small engines and they let it slide that they have the steel cylinder sleaves in them... My scrap yard treats me pretty **** good....

if you can get some dry ice and stick it in that cylinder the sleeve will fall right out

Sometimes, the ones I have seen are cast into the block & won't slide out.
I put a new disc on my 9iunch grinder & run a cut the length of the block at both ends of the cylinder.
Then I use some wedges & sledgehammer & wedge out the slot untill the block cracks into half & the cylinders then fall out.
