haha. I like how he spent time getting the hose clamp off at 8 to 10 cents a lb and passed on the brass at 1.40 to 1.70 a lb.

Plus behind that brass is a bit of copper in the solenoid.

He could wrench on that all day and it won't come. That fitting sits in a bracket with a hex shape. Or at least the fittings I have done are that way. If I am rushed for time I zip the whole bracket off with a cutoff, then toss it into the 'break it down later' pile.

They wont take the plastic ones by me, but they take a fridge!

He did end up scrapping the brass piece after the video was over. LMAO
