Seems to be a good working machine but like most of these videos I have seen they are demo's often operated by the manufacture's employees.
There should be a machine before chopping the wire into small easily movable bits. Out put from that machine would go to a elevated conveyor to lift the material to the
granulator.
Watching this guy shove small hand fulls of wire in to the input doesn't really do much for me.
From the conversations I've had with an individual who owned and operated wire
granulators there is alot to profitably operating them. Set up of line, tweeking the setting on the separating table is crucial. Accounting for and dealing with the loss of copper in this system. Dealing with the changes in material and how you adjust for it.
Lastly when these machines are set up and running great you will devour a lot of wire and have to so you can justify the costs. My friend made me believe this is one of the most competitive areas of recycling with very tight margins. If you are serious about getting into this business I recommend you work as hard at research as you expect to do when you are set up and running. 73, Mike
