Dumb and ignorant are not the same. Ignorance can be remedied by taking the time to study, and in this day and age, information is more abundant than clean water. But you just have to put the time(by reading and reading info on what you wanna learn) or the money(go to college), either way it is 99% what you put into it. You'll do fine in the long run.
