Just a suggestion - Never pay for anything with
freon. You're saving them the disposal fee. If you can get batteries for $2, that's great. I pay $4 which seems the norm around here. Also just a suggestion - I pay .25 per brake rotor. They're all different weights, but like freonjoe said, people prefer fixed rate per item. Mostly, I don't pay for stuff considered Light Iron or Tin no matter how much there is. Just too much hassle by the time I get through all the labor involved and people are mostly just wanting to get rid of the stuff. I will pay for copper and brass by the pound (varies).
