Wow I really hope your not planning on stripping 26 gauge are you???. There are all kinds of wire charts that say the weight of the wire and then the bare copper wire weight I go by that and don't strip anything unless it's 14 gauge or 1000 MCM the biggest I've seen was 4/0 been years since I've seen that. I got a strip meister when it was on sale for $175 did lots of wire never had to chance the blade once it's powered by a drill though it only really works for 14 gauge and bigger it's got a small hole I tried to do 16 gauge it didn't like it haha. Have fun and learn stuff from scrapping I've learned lots from the fun people on here and experience also good.
