    Scrapper Tips and Inspirations....

I don't know if I have posted this before, but I looked and couldn't find it (A short look, to be honest). I have an open trailer as I imagine many of you have. I was scrapping an aluminum ladder and had an idea of how I could use the ladder to make my life easier. The one side of the ladder, I cut long enough to lay on top of the sides of the trailer. The other side I cut short enough that the rungs of the ladder would keep the cut end from popping out of the perpendicular pieces of the side angle iron, but I cut it short enough that when put diagonally in the side frame hole, the side could be pulled out from the side frame. Since all the frame openings were roughly the same size, I can move the ladder tailgate to several different positions on the trailer adjusting the length of the tailgated cargo area. I cannot tell you how useful this little hack has been.
