    If you were really bored and had a lot of time to kill you could collect a ton of em and pull out all the little metal strips. Maybe I'll do that when I get home, nothing better to do at the moment.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I tried and most of the legs stayed on the board so I gave up after a few. As for RLS' comment, I assumed we were talking about the standard dark blue & grey electrolytic ones that are all over most boards, which afaik don't have any liquids or majorly dangerous components.
