For organization i have one of those giant calendars all info goes on it so a quick look will let me know whats up for the day and nobody gets forgotten. quick calls get done by cellphone and the closest person responds. Not all people get on the spot response when your swamped your swamped after hours or tomorrow It should be done. This summer i have had to tell people next week, some go elsewhere some say fine .gotta leave some for the other folks
