What is the point of your post?
I do not think a first time home brew refiner is going to be able to refine a very small quantity of
platinum family metals into .999 fine rhodium ( jewelry grade ). He would have to go to a specialty refiner to accomplish that. According to Google, 3rd party
platinum refining is not cheap, so this individual would probably be better off financially if he sold his 2 grams of scrap, and than bought an already refined bar of .999 fine rhodium to use in electroplating.
