    Wow, I've never run into that rule before. I know many yards won't accept burnt wire, but never heard of not taking stripped.

    It took me 20 bucks & about 15 minutes at the county clerk's office to register as an assumed name (I Bar K Recycling) (get it... I bark... ruff ruff LOL) Another 20 minutes and a $50 deposit to open a business account at the bank & voila: strip all the wire you want.

    Yeah I should do it, but then I would need to report business revenue and losses I am sure after expenses I would have no gain at this stage of the game. My sister in law had a business license selling dog charms at festivals never made enough money but still did the tax forms and such. I need to look into this...

    lol i bark haha yeah its strange its that way but at least it not here=)
