I have two Heil HVAC package units that I'm trying to figure out if they're worth more in scrap or as working units. 2 ton units that are about 10 years old. I don't know if anyone here would have an idea what they're worth either as scrap or as units.



I also have all the old (1970's) metal ductwork that I pulled out from under a duplex. I'd be happy for a scrapper to haul it off. It's mostly still covered with insulation... is that worth a scrappers time? I put a post on Craigslist for free for the duct work but have had no responses. I'm thinking maybe it's not worth dealing with the insulation just for the steel. Someone could back a trailer right up to it pretty much. Any ideas if this is worth someone dealing with?
