Ended up calling the guy. After a game of phone tag we finally go in touch last night. We talked and he explained what they do and what they have. He informed me they do not take monitors, tv's or items with refrigerant. So that is something I will not have to worry about. I've agreed to meet with him on the 18th, the day before the sale starts so he can show me around and show me what they have, and I can point out to him things we take and things that we maybe not so much take.
He was bummed to find out that we do not take furniture or glassware. *Different business there buddy* Basically he came to the conclusion that we take anything that plugs in and anything with a motor. I told him that basically sums it up.
The one thing that erks me about our conversation was, that I feel because I am young (17) he felt that I could not be counted on to come and clear out. So I really did not like the vibe the guy was putting out. He told me multiple times to but a reminder in my phone (Which I do not even know how to do) Anyways on the topic of clearing out he told me I have six hours to clean this place out from 2pm to 8pm on Sunday. He felt like there would be at least enough to fill a 14 foot box truck, but we will see about that.
I guess we will hear back on the twenty-first how this went.
