    neon ballast?

    I have a neon ballast smaller than a loaf of bread. are they the same as regular ballast? thanks in advance

    I would think it would be highly unlikely. Look at the power output listed on the device and compare it to your "regular" ballast.

    If it works you may want to find a buyer for it. Some of them are pricey depending on its specs.
