<Although I love the discussions on here, there's always that **** bolt that requires more than words to remove. (I don't do sledgehammers) So I turn to my Guru, Moose, who seems to have a video for every occasion. He's never too busy to answer a question or send a PM. He doesn't judge the lost Newbies and even handles the occasional troll with more tact and diplomacy than they deserve.
