Been cleaning out my mother in laws place for sale and sorting out the contents into family items, trash, scrap, yard sale.



My wife had a for sale sign out front and a family came knocking on the door, told us how much they loved the location and wanted to look around to determine if they wanted to buy it.

After about ten minutes it became clear they were more interested in the items in the house and yard.

A couple days later, in between hauling off loads, sure enough, some items ran off.
