@dev, we've scouted out quite a few abandoned jobsites and locations online and will be scrapping there under the notion of salvaging abandoned property.

@sam1963, thanks for the advice. I've got a handful of cheap Harbor Freight tools that work good for us In aaddition to some slightly higher quality ones.
