    http://imgur.com/a/5qQp1 is where the pics are. not sure when I'm allowed to post pics/links, didn't see anything in the FAQ yet about it.

    that's a good video. these windings are way too big to put in a vice so I'm not sure how I'm going to pull them out like that but I'm definitely going to try.
