Hoss would be a good one to talk to.

The Nampa Western takes plastic, but doesn't pay for it. I drop it in their after hours bin. Not sure what the Boise Western will or won't give for it.



I believe you can take the tubes to the Boise landfill and they pack them up to ship out for recycling.
