Just found out, all but two of the duct work is aluminum. so I broke the aluminum down and compacted them into small squares.

That's interesting. In the 40+ years I have been around duct work I can't remember any of it being aluminum that was used in residential work. But I'm old and forgetful. Pictures of this would be interesting.Originally Posted by GentlemanScrapper
