    I think for the most part you can use a 16 footer for a lot of things, unless you plan on putting 2 cars on the trailer at the same time a 16 footer will handle what you will get, jut gotta know what you are doing

    I use an 18" 12K # tandem axle skid-loader trailer and it works fine. The 26" would only be OK if you haul a lot of light weight bulky items like appliances.
