I run mine through a wire stripper like this.
I use a cutoff wheel to slice both sides of the fat part where the 2 wires come in that are taped, and separate that with a razor blade. Rest goes through the stripper.

I was contemplating using different diameters of pipe with a blade coming down into it similar to the machine pictured in the previous post. Has anyone tried anything like that?
