    I found out the hard way and I'll tell you that it scared the s**t out of me.

    Cutting grass in 95 degree temps is not good and a 64oz big gulp coke will not keep you hydrated.

    I realized there was something wrong when I stopped sweating and sat down to rest and couldn't get back up.

    I keep water with me all the time now. If I'm working in the heat I can easily drink 4 or 5 bottles of water in an hour.
