This is the smallest granulator with separation setup I have found.

Midas100s - from a company in the UK

Site doesnt let me post link just search midas100s on ebay

Please report back your experience with the granulator- There is so little useful information on granulators and separators on the internet. Least information is with separators and how the work. Lots of videos of operation without explanation. Granulator is very important to separation, because if it doesnt break up the material properly, the separator cant do its job.

I have a Conair Wortex LP-350. The bad part is I found out after purchasing is this model is for conveyor feed- which means it takes small pieces and works with those. The JC- xxx is the model that uses batch fed. So a bunch of wire together and not small pieces.

Whats strange is that the 1/4" screen has been working great with THHN. Works pretty good with 18awg/2cond wire which is what I have the most of. Had planned on getting smaller screen 3/16" or 1/8" but I'm not sure if it will work better, and the screens are expensive. If I dont chop up the wire somewhat it jams.
