just what we need in our mostly mom and pop, family business, another Walmart type conglomerate that turned main street America into a gost town, run by investment banksters, vulture capitalists and wall street. after all they did such a great job on the American economy, and job market. In todays reality you no longer have to have he best service ot the best product, or work the hardest. you only have to have enough money to buy the polititians and simply regulate your compititian out of business. It is not the politicians who come up with these cockamamy laws and regulatios, it is the lobbiest who finance their elections. just my .02
