    Exactly the situation. There are pros and cons to the way the system is set up, but they are providing the right tools and PPE.
    Never used diamond blades so I might try them out.
    Chop saw is definitely going on the list. I thought about it, but after reading the posts it dawned on me that I would use that a lot and it would make my job easier.

    I would recommend getting an index of specialty bits for impact drill drivers, like hex and security star bits. I use those more often than I thought I would. Also, carbide blades for reciprocating saws.
