Not to hijack your thread but I just bought these the other day. I have found them to be pretty good but not the best.
These ones here with the gold teeth seem to last forever. I get them at a local hardware store for about 4.50 a piece. I Have cut an oil tank into 4 sections with one blade. Just thought I would mention it as the sawzall is a mighty handy scrap weapon.

don't worry about hijacking, that's what this is for, I bought some of those also several months ago and we liked them to, as far as the best I don't think there is one, I cut converters mostly, on a Chrysler minivan for example on the top I use a lenox 12in wood cutting blade weird right, but its stiff enough not to bend and its a hard cut no matter how you approach it, ive even cut the floorboard outa the car to get to it. if I use the same blade on a breadloaf it will eat through the teeth in seconds. we see this a lot and buy lots of different blades, about the only ones im sick of are dewalt. Irwin makes a good blade also
