    I second your question because i bulk up to a bed full and then drive 3 hours to my camp, burn the wire then soak it in a barrel of vineger and now I have no.1 wire but it would be nice to just strip it.

    Agreed. The main tool of the IRS is now the internet. Think Ebay, Craig's List and YouTube.
