    could be a good one, a bit out of my area, I'm more Richmond based, though that used to be my stomping grounds. When I was a steel worker I helped put the new roof on R.E.Lee high school, back about ten years ago, when they were putting in all the new over passes in the mixing bowl.

    ok, someone want to tell me what proxy bidding is?

    Every time I entered a big for this: http://www.publicsurplus.com/sms/auc...iew?auc=675784, it automatically tells me that prgiva is using proxy bidding and automatically outbid me?

    I would bid on the 3rd one, but at $63, I doubt there be any profit in it.

    There is a LOT of stuff in that category, but so far, nothing else is really catching my "eye"
