I was about to leave mom at the gate so we could get loaded and back on the road again. Was a long day as it was. 6 hours each way. The whole time they were yakkin' about how I should have let them know who was coming I was trying to pull up my sent email on my slow as molasses phone. Not sure what prompted her, but the head person finally let us in. Btw this was my best copper score ever. 1,029 lbs for $310. Cashed in for $1903.65. I remember the weights/money because up until then I had piddly amounts of copper, so I was beyond ecstatic with this load. Only regret was not hanging on to it till copper hit $3/lb but live and learn.
