selling on eBay: do you ask for feedback?

This is how I list mine; used to follow up later on by asking if their shipment came out ok, that I could not tell by not having feedback. Now I'm just to busy to really care. Got my first neutral the other day when I ran out of stock on an item a guy bought. I emailed them and refunded their money and they still left a neutral for me,,Merry effen xmas.
