The motor is easy to get out. I dont use a side gridder on the bolts that hold it in. I use a sleg hammer. Two smacks and it out. Just hit it strait on, in the direction that it needs to come out. The big bolt on the bottom, and there are 3 side bolts under the fan on the right hand side. Then smack the fan off with the hammer as well. Your done!
