If you're wanting to sell soon then you probably should buy a few things and start getting your feedback built. People like to buy/sell with people that have feedback. Or I can list your items. For a fee.

On top of that paypal/ebay will hold your funds anywhere from a week to 3 weeks until you establish a good selling record + great feedback. Payments usually clear 3 days after the items arrive at the customers door, but I've had mine held for longer even with 100% feedback. Their fees do tend to pile up after a while too. Major pain in the butt to profit on Ebay anymore unless you've got a large inventory.
