I just took bout 4 or 5 microwaves apart today. and what fun i had. but u need 2 be careful when takin microwaves apart cause the capacitor may still have a charge. anyways i got some wires out of em not much but there was one microwave that had copper wire so i threw that in my bucket of insulated copper wire waiting to be stripped when i can afford a wire stripper. i got a couple transformers though to now i just need a grinder 2 get the copper out. and i read somewhere i dont think it was this website but i dont know but u can test the magnatron and if it tests ok then u could try 2 sell it on ebay. iv seen transformers on ebay but i dont know how much luck there havin at gettin em sold so i tore mine apart and got the copper out of it. theres also aluminum on em and 2 really strong magnets.
