    I come across them from time to time, I leave them alone as they seem like a 60lb rubics cube for what you get.... We collect our own water here and we have wells dug that we use for toilets etc on the Island. Next time I come across one I'll snag it and break it down see if can't find a "easy"" way to get her to open up.

    If it's not bolted down it's mine, if it's bolted down and I can pry it up.....it's still mine....
