Check your state regs, OP. If they are forbidden from landfill, then your scrapper is probably committing a crime, maybe one which can lead back to you if the feds get involved. Either way, she is not being honest, unless you've met her recycler and can vouch for their process.
yeah i quit doing them to much of a hassel. got a huge crt that has to go to the hazard disposal place im gona take the copper out of it when we get a flat screen tv to replace it. i figure i mite as well scrap it=0 thats the last one i will do.
